Common Questions About These Terms

The questions below cover the clauses that account holders ask about most often — eligibility, account access, payment rules, data rights, and what happens if a dispute arises. If your question is not here, reach out via live chat or our compliance email.

You may open an account if you are of legal age under the laws of your jurisdiction and accessing our platform is permitted where you are located. Eligibility is determined by local law; we do not extend access where it is legally prohibited. Providing false eligibility information is a breach of these terms and will result in account closure.

We may update these terms at any time. When a material change is made, we will post a notice inside the platform before the new version takes effect. Continuing to use the platform after that date means you have accepted the revised terms. If you do not accept the changes, you must close your account before the effective date.

If your account is suspended due to a suspected breach of these terms, verified balances that are not subject to an active investigation will be returned to your registered Paytm, PhonePe, or UPI method after the review is complete. Balances tied to disputed activity may be withheld pending resolution.

Send a written request to our compliance email with your account ID and a copy of a government-issued ID. We aim to respond within five business days with a structured export of your stored data — transaction history, bet records, and personal details — in a readable format.

Yes. All payment transactions, including deposits via UPI, Paytm, and PhonePe, are subject to these terms. Depositing through any of these methods confirms that the funds are from a legitimate source held in your own name, and that you accept the transaction and wagering conditions described in these terms.

Disputes are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction under which thetopbookies operates. Where local mandatory law in your region provides additional protections, those protections apply alongside these terms. We encourage you to resolve disputes informally through our compliance team before seeking any external remedy.

Submit a written complaint to our compliance email, including your account ID, the specific term or decision you are disputing, and any supporting evidence. We will acknowledge receipt within two business days and aim to issue a substantive response within ten business days of receiving all relevant information.
